Examining the link between smallholder farmers and social connectedness within an educational incubator setting possesses the potential to aid in capacity building for emerging farmers throughout the American Midwest. This study employed social network analysis to examine the role of networks in market access as it related to their long-term success as farmers. The study used both qualitative and quantitative methods to improve the quality of the study's findings and contextualize measures of social connectedness. This case study will chronicle the research journey from conceptual stage, to the farmers' fields for data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings Description based on XML content |
